Okay, so let's start with some clarification. In my menu you can see an original story called Gaia World. And you clicked on Fandoms>Pokemon to get here and now you see a "Gaia World" title. So, my original story is actually based on my Pokemon fanfiction. Same characters and some stuff in common, but I've tried to make this fanfiction an original work because I love my characters and I had interesting ideas. Spoiler alert, Gaia World - original hasn't been written at all and still remains at the status of ideas.
So here you go, here is the Pokemon fanfiction.
This fanfiction is mostly based on the Pokemon games (from 1st to 5th generations, though I've only played from Pearl/Diamond to Y and didn't go to Hoenn =/) and a bit from the TV show, and is set as a next generation (if you've been through other pages I think you'll start to realise I love next generations) after Sacha Ketchum (again, I'm writing this fanfic in french so the names are in french, Sacha=Ash. I will probably use the french names in this page, sorry for the confusion it may cause haha), who is based more on Red from the games than Ash from the TV show, honestly.
The fanfic was set to be divided into 4 different books, one for each island (Kanto-Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unys), which each a main character.
In this first cycle, the main characters go to an adventure looking for why the world is under extreme climate catastrophies that no one can predict. In each island they actually face the Legendary pokemons being manipulated by Team Plasma to destroy the world. Then after the first cycle in 4 books, were to be added 2 other books, with all the main characters in Unys working against Team Plasma and N who now are looking to separate humans and pokemons. In a last cycle, focused more on Sacha, she would finally climb Mount Silver to find her dad and defeat him in battle.
I've never fully developped Hoenn. It's the only island I never went in game so it was harder to get ideas. Sacha and Aurélien are the most fleshed out characters, I love them a lot and I've been reworking them all the time. They're easily within my fave characters I've created. I love Coralie a lot as well, but my other fave from this fanfiction is Avril Hikari, a gym leader I've created in Kanto and who joins the duo for a while. I've drawn her a lot and she's fun. Unlike many characters from this fanfiction, these four made it into my original rework of Gaia World.
Of course they do face an evil team. I've gone with the team Plasma and N from Unys because it was the most interesting story to me. So, yeah, let's say they weren't there when it was Ash's time. The main villains are from Team Plasma and are against Sacha and Aurélien : Emiko and Ryuku.
